HubSpot CRM

Connect Querri to your HubSpot CRM to analyze contacts, companies, deals, and marketing data.

The HubSpot connector provides access to:

  • Contacts: Contact information and properties
  • Companies: Company records and details
  • Deals: Sales pipeline and deal data
  • Tickets: Customer support tickets
  • Engagements: Emails, calls, meetings, notes
  • Custom Objects: Your custom HubSpot objects
  • Active HubSpot account (Free, Starter, Professional, or Enterprise)
  • Permission to install integrations
  1. Navigate to Connectors

    • Go to Settings → Connectors
    • Click “Add Connector”
  2. Select HubSpot

    • Choose “HubSpot CRM” from the list
  3. Authenticate

    • Click “Connect to HubSpot”
    • Sign in to your HubSpot account
    • Review requested permissions
    • Click “Connect app”
  4. Verify Connection

    • Querri will verify the connection
    • You’ll see your HubSpot account name when connected
  1. Create a new step → “HubSpot”

  2. Select your HubSpot connector

  3. Choose the object type:

    • Contacts
    • Companies
    • Deals
    • Tickets
    • Engagements
  4. Select properties to include

  5. Configure filters (optional)

  6. Execute to retrieve data

- Email
- First Name
- Last Name
- Company
- Lifecycle Stage
- Lead Status
Object: Deals
Properties:
- Deal Name
- Amount
- Close Date
- Deal Stage
- Owner
Filter: Deal Stage != "Closed Won" AND Deal Stage != "Closed Lost"
Object: Companies
Properties:
- Company Name
- Domain
- Industry
- Number of Employees
Filter: Create Date >= "2024-10-01"

HubSpot data syncs automatically:

  • Frequency: Every 4 hours (default)
  • Incremental: Only new/changed records
  • Full Refresh: Daily at midnight

Force a data refresh:

  1. Go to Settings → Connectors
  2. Select your HubSpot connector
  3. Click “Refresh Data”

Track deal progress and forecast revenue:

  1. Load Deals data
  2. Filter by Pipeline and Stage
  3. Group by Deal Stage
  4. Sum deal amounts
  5. Create funnel visualization

Segment contacts for targeted campaigns:

  1. Load Contacts data
  2. Filter by Lifecycle Stage, Lead Score, etc.
  3. Group by desired segments
  4. Create list for export or further analysis

Analyze which sources drive revenue:

  1. Load Deals (Closed Won)
  2. Join with Contacts
  3. Group by Original Source
  4. Sum deal amounts
  5. Create attribution report

Track ticket volume and resolution:

  1. Load Tickets data
  2. Calculate time to resolution
  3. Group by Priority or Category
  4. Create support dashboard

If authentication fails:

  1. Verify you’re logged into the correct HubSpot account
  2. Check that you have permission to install integrations
  3. Try disconnecting and reconnecting
  4. Clear browser cache

If data isn’t updating:

  1. Check sync status in connector settings
  2. Verify HubSpot connection is still active
  3. Try manual refresh
  4. Check for HubSpot API service issues

If custom properties aren’t appearing:

  1. Verify properties exist in HubSpot
  2. Check property permissions
  3. Try full refresh
  4. Ensure properties are created for the correct object type

HubSpot API has rate limits based on your plan:

  • Free: 100 requests per 10 seconds
  • Starter: 150 requests per 10 seconds
  • Professional: 200 requests per 10 seconds
  • Enterprise: 200+ requests per 10 seconds

Querri automatically handles rate limiting.

  • Querri uses OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication
  • Your HubSpot credentials are never stored
  • Access can be revoked at any time

The connector requests:

  • CRM Read: Access to contacts, companies, deals
  • Tickets: Access to support tickets
  • Timeline: Access to engagements

To disconnect Querri:

  1. In HubSpot: Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps → Querri → Uninstall
  2. In Querri: Settings → Connectors → Delete HubSpot connector

HubSpot API limits vary by plan:

  • Properties: Up to 10,000 per object
  • Records: No limit on number of records
  • Historical data: All available data in HubSpot
  • HubSpot Knowledge Base: knowledge.hubspot.com
  • API Status: status.hubspot.com
  • Developer Forums: community.hubspot.com
