HubSpot CRM Integration
Section titled “HubSpot CRM Integration”Connect Querri to your HubSpot CRM to analyze contacts, companies, deals, and marketing data.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The HubSpot connector provides access to:
- Contacts: Contact information and properties
- Companies: Company records and details
- Deals: Sales pipeline and deal data
- Tickets: Customer support tickets
- Engagements: Emails, calls, meetings, notes
- Custom Objects: Your custom HubSpot objects
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- Active HubSpot account (Free, Starter, Professional, or Enterprise)
- Permission to install integrations
Connecting to HubSpot
Section titled “Connecting to HubSpot”-
Navigate to Connectors
- Go to Settings → Connectors
- Click “Add Connector”

Select HubSpot
- Choose “HubSpot CRM” from the list

Authenticate
- Click “Connect to HubSpot”
- Sign in to your HubSpot account
- Review requested permissions
- Click “Connect app”

Verify Connection
- Querri will verify the connection
- You’ll see your HubSpot account name when connected
Using HubSpot Data

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Connection Failed
Section titled “Connection Failed”If authentication fails:
- Verify you’re logged into the correct HubSpot account
- Check that you have permission to install integrations
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting
- Clear browser cache
Data Not Syncing
Section titled “Data Not Syncing”If data isn’t updating:
- Check sync status in connector settings
- Verify HubSpot connection is still active
- Try manual refresh
- Check for HubSpot API service issues
Missing Properties
Section titled “Missing Properties”If custom properties aren’t appearing:
- Verify properties exist in HubSpot
- Check property permissions
- Try full refresh
- Ensure properties are created for the correct object type
Rate Limits
Section titled “Rate Limits”HubSpot API has rate limits based on your plan:
- Free: 100 requests per 10 seconds
- Starter: 150 requests per 10 seconds
- Professional: 200 requests per 10 seconds
- Enterprise: 200+ requests per 10 seconds
Querri automatically handles rate limiting.
Security & Permissions

Section titled “OAuth Security”- Querri uses OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication
- Your HubSpot credentials are never stored
- Access can be revoked at any time
Required Scopes
Section titled “Required Scopes”The connector requests:
- CRM Read: Access to contacts, companies, deals
- Tickets: Access to support tickets
- Timeline: Access to engagements
Revoking Access
Section titled “Revoking Access”To disconnect Querri:
- In HubSpot: Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps → Querri → Uninstall
- In Querri: Settings → Connectors → Delete HubSpot connector
API Limits
Section titled “API Limits”HubSpot API limits vary by plan:
- Properties: Up to 10,000 per object
- Records: No limit on number of records
- Historical data: All available data in HubSpot
