August was a reliability month. The bigger redesign of Querri was being finished for September, so this release focused on making everyday work dependable: answers that finish and stay on screen, your organization’s instructions applied every time, a fully translated interface, and connector syncs that report honestly.
What’s New
Section titled “What’s New”Longer Skill Instructions
Section titled “Longer Skill Instructions”A skill’s Advanced instructions can now hold up to 10,000 characters, up from 4,000. That leaves room for the step-by-step procedural detail a good skill often needs. See Creating and sharing skills.
Fully Translated Interface
Section titled “Fully Translated Interface”Querri’s interface is now fully translated in Arabic, French, German, Hindi and Spanish, with every screen at parity with English. Over two hundred labels that had stayed in English are now translated, and project names follow your chosen language. A few menu items that showed placeholder text instead of a translation now read correctly.
Improved
Section titled “Improved”Your Answer Rules, Every Time
Section titled “Your Answer Rules, Every Time”The answer style, formats and required wording you set in your organization’s Context settings now reach every answer, including the first one in a chat. Previously a first answer could miss a required closing line, and later turns could lose the rules entirely. Querri also stops showing examples in a style your organization has asked it to avoid.
Better Answers for Location Questions
Section titled “Better Answers for Location Questions”Map and location questions are more dependable. Querri answers a location question first instead of declining it, counts how many places it actually placed on the map, and keeps the location you asked about when you follow up. When it can’t place an address, it says so quickly instead of spending minutes on a wrong answer.
Captions Grounded in Results
Section titled “Captions Grounded in Results”Chart captions are now checked against the result of the analysis, not the wording of the query behind it. When one number in a caption can’t be confirmed, Querri now holds back that number only, not the whole caption.
Reliability
Section titled “Reliability”| Area | Improvement |
|---|---|
| Answers that finish stay on screen | A long run of chat fixes stops a finished answer from disappearing, being torn down after it arrived, or showing as an error when it succeeded. If a result is never going to arrive, the chat now says so instead of inviting a click. |
| Choice cards | When Querri offers you a set of choices and the turn is cancelled, the card goes away cleanly instead of coming back empty. |
| Expired sessions | An expired sign-in no longer shows a full-page server error or a “could not load project” card. Querri renews your session in the background and carries on. |
| Blocked messages | If a message can’t be sent, the chat now tells you why instead of silently doing nothing. |
Bug Fixes
Section titled “Bug Fixes”| Issue | Fix |
|---|---|
| Salesforce incremental syncs failed | Incremental Salesforce syncs run again. Wide objects load with all their columns instead of a single column, and a sync that times out now reports it instead of failing silently. |
| Sync progress looked stuck | Connector sync progress now reflects how much of the table has loaded, so a large table no longer appears to hang at 80%. Progress also stops flickering back to 0% while the list refreshes. |
| Extra index column broke previews | Some connector tables gained an extra index column that stopped previews and charts from rendering. That column name is now reserved, so previews work. |
| Background jobs that never recovered | Jobs interrupted by a restart are now picked up and finished, instead of being left behind. |
