Stripe

Connect Querri to Stripe and ask questions about your payments, customers, subscriptions and payouts in plain language.

The Stripe connector signs in to Stripe with your approval, asks for read-only access, and copies your Stripe data into Querri. Each kind of Stripe object becomes a source in your Library. It’s listed under Payments.

  • A Stripe login for the account you want to connect.
  • Pop-ups allowed for Querri, because Stripe sign-in opens in its own window.
  1. Start the connection. Click Connect in the app rail and pick Stripe in Add data, or click Connect on Stripe in SettingsConnectors (admins). The Stripe sign-in window opens straight away.
  2. Sign in and approve access for the Stripe account you want.
  3. That’s it for setup. Stripe has no form to fill in. If you open the connector’s settings, they read “No additional configuration is required for this connector.”
  4. Check that data loaded. Open the connector in the Library by clicking it under Connectors in the browse panel. If you see “Stripe is connected, but no data has loaded yet.”, click Load data now. Only the connector’s owner can start a load.
  1. Connect: starts Stripe sign-in.

Each sync covers the last 365 days. Querri fetches records created in the past year. Subscriptions are the exception: Stripe can’t filter them by date, so every subscription is fetched.

The connector’s owner can set a schedule on its Schedule tab. Stripe doesn’t support incremental syncs, so use Full Refresh. Each run fetches the full 365-day window again.

Scheduled syncs use credits when they run; syncs you start by hand don’t. See Sync Scheduling and Credits.

Your browser is probably blocking pop-ups. Allow pop-ups for Querri and click Connect again.

Querri only fetches records created in the last 365 days, except subscriptions. Older charges, invoices and payouts won’t appear.

Open the connector and click Reauthenticate, then approve access in Stripe again.

  • Sign-in with Stripe. You approve access in Stripe, so Querri never sees your Stripe password or secret keys.
  • Read-only access. Querri asks Stripe for read-only access to the account.
  • Querri keeps a copy. Synced data is stored in Querri. Disconnecting deletes the data the connector synced.
  • Sharing the connector is up to its owner, on the connector’s Sharing tab.
