Google Analytics 4

Esta página aún no está disponible en español. Se muestra la versión en inglés.

Connect Querri to your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties to analyze website traffic, user behavior, engagement and conversions.

The Google Analytics connector loads these reports:

  • Analytics Report: daily sessions, users, pageviews and conversions by channel, country and device
  • Traffic Sources: traffic by source, medium and channel group
  • Pages Report: page-level performance, with views, engagement and conversions
  • Landing Pages: entry page performance
  • Demographics: country, city and language
  • Devices Report: device, operating system and browser
  • Events Report: user interactions and conversion events
  • User Acquisition: first-touch attribution for new users
  • Engagement: session quality, duration and engagement rate
  • E-commerce: revenue, transactions and item sales
  • Conversions: conversion events by source and medium
  • Real-time Data: current active users and real-time activity
  • Available Dimensions & Metrics: every dimension and metric your property offers

All reports include daily granularity for trend analysis.

  • A Google Analytics 4 property (not Universal Analytics)
  • A Google account with at least Viewer access to that property
  • Pop-ups allowed for Querri, since Google’s sign-in opens in its own window
  1. Click Connect in the app rail to open Add data, and pick Google Analytics. Admins can also click Connect on it in Settings → Connectors.
  2. Google’s sign-in window opens. Sign in and approve read-only access to your analytics.
  3. The connector dialog opens: “Select the Google Analytics 4 property to connect and how much historical data to pull.”
  4. Under GA4 Property, pick a property. The list shows the GA4 properties your Google account can access.
  5. Under Date Range, choose the last 30, 90 or 365 days. The default is 365 days.
  6. Save the dialog.
  7. Check that data loaded. Click the connector under Connectors in the Library’s browse panel. If it says the connector “is connected, but no data has loaded yet”, click Load data now to run a full sync. Only the connector’s owner can start a load.

The connector lands in the workspace you’re in if you’re a member of it, or in your private workspace otherwise.

The property picker lists your properties by name, so you don’t need to enter an ID. If you’re matching a property to Google Analytics, note that the connector uses the numeric property ID, not the Measurement ID:

  • Property ID: a number like 123456789, found in Google Analytics under Admin → Property Settings.
  • Measurement ID: starts with G-, and belongs to the tracking tag on your site.

Once connected, your GA4 reports appear in the Library as sources. Ask about them as you would any other source.

The Real-time report shows current active users, active pages and live conversions. It’s a snapshot: each sync captures the state at that moment rather than adding up over time.

This report lists every dimension and metric your GA4 property offers. It’s a quick way to see what data exists before you ask a question.

  • Each sync pulls the whole date range. GA4 reports are aggregated data, not row-level records, so incremental sync doesn’t apply. Use a Full Refresh schedule.
  • Schedules are set by the connector’s owner on its Schedule tab. Scheduled syncs use credits when they run; syncs you start by hand don’t. See Sync Scheduling.
  • Check that your Google account has at least Viewer access to a GA4 property.
  • Check that the property is GA4, not Universal Analytics.
  • Check that you signed in with the Google account that has access. To use a different account, add another Google Analytics connector.

Click the connector under Connectors in the Library’s browse panel. If it says no data has loaded yet, the connector’s owner can click Load data now.

If opening the connector shows “Your authentication has expired. Please reauthenticate to continue.”, click Reauthenticate and sign in again. The connector needs read-only analytics access (the analytics.readonly scope).

  • Some reports, such as E-commerce, need matching event tracking set up on your website.
  • Check that the date range covers a period with real traffic.
  • Real-time reports are empty when nobody is on your site.

Google limits how much data each property can return. If syncs fail repeatedly, try a shorter Date Range, schedule syncs less often, or try again later.
