Intercom

Esta página aún no está disponible en español. Se muestra la versión en inglés.

Connect Querri to Intercom and ask questions about your contacts, conversations and support tickets in plain language.

The Intercom connector signs in to Intercom with your approval and copies your workspace’s data into Querri. Each kind of Intercom object becomes a source in your Library. It’s listed under Customer Support and Messaging.

  • An Intercom login for the workspace you want to connect.
  • Pop-ups allowed for Querri, because Intercom sign-in opens in its own window.
  1. Start the connection. Click Connect in the app rail and pick Intercom in Add data, or click Connect on Intercom in SettingsConnectors (admins). The Intercom sign-in window opens straight away.
  2. Sign in and approve access for your workspace.
  3. That’s it for setup. Intercom has no form to fill in. If you open the connector’s settings, they read “No additional configuration is required for this connector.”
  4. Check that data loaded. Open the connector in the Library by clicking it under Connectors in the browse panel. If you see “Intercom is connected, but no data has loaded yet.”, click Load data now. Only the connector’s owner can start a load.
  1. Connect: starts Intercom sign-in.

Some limits to know about:

  • Conversations include up to 20 message parts each. Longer threads are cut off.
  • Data Events cover the last 90 days.
  • Contact and company details are fetched one contact or company at a time, so they take longer in a large workspace.
  • News Items and Newsfeeds need an Intercom plan that includes News. Without it, they load with no rows.

The connector’s owner can set a schedule on its Schedule tab. Intercom doesn’t support incremental syncs, so use Full Refresh.

Scheduled syncs use credits when they run; syncs you start by hand don’t. See Sync Scheduling and Credits.

Your browser is probably blocking pop-ups. Allow pop-ups for Querri and click Connect again.

Open the connector and click Reauthenticate, then approve access in Intercom again.

Querri keeps up to 20 message parts per conversation. Open the conversation in Intercom for the full thread.

Your Intercom plan may not include News. See What syncs.

  • Sign-in with Intercom. You approve access in Intercom, so Querri never sees your Intercom password.
  • Querri reads your workspace data through Intercom’s API, for the objects above.
  • Querri keeps a copy. Synced data is stored in Querri. Disconnecting deletes the data the connector synced.
  • Sharing the connector is up to its owner, on the connector’s Sharing tab.
